How are the training rooms equipped?
The training rooms feature an individual training space with a PC and a training system for each participant. (May differ in onsite training seminars depending on the terms agreed).
How many participants are there in a seminar?
A maximum of 12 participants and minimum of 4 participants; we reserve the right to postpone the seminar if there are fewer than 4 participants.

System = Basic Machines I and II
Service = Basic Service and Advanced Service
Motion = Advanced Machine Topology or Advanced Machine Topology 16

Which seminar should I attend if I have completed the System seminar?
Advanced Machine Topology would be the best choice; however, if you have completed the System seminar a longer time ago, the module Basic Machines II may be the better choice.

Which seminar should I attend if I have completed the Motion seminar?
Have a look around the expert training offers, you will certainly find one or the other module for systematically extending your know how in automation and motion technology.

Is the Advanced Service seminar worth it if I have already completed the Service seminar?
Absolutely, the Advanced Service seminar furthers trouble shooting know how for ready applications than the Service seminar.

Can I skip a basic module?
Generally not, since the seminars systematically build upon each other; for homogeneous seminar groups, the seminar concept does not intend for individual modules to be skipped.

What if I have been able to fulfill the condition for joining a seminar module in another way?
In such cases, it is possible to skip a seminar module after consulting with the training department.

Are individual questions covered, too?
That is possible if you book an individual training for several employees of a company. We will also answer you question to a certain extent during a standard training seminar, however, the degree of individualization is limited by the interests of the other participants.

What are the terms for cancelling participation in a training seminar?
Should you have to cancel your participation up to one week prior to the start of the seminar, we will charge a cancellation fee of € 100,00. In case of cancellations at shorter notice or no show, 50% of the seminar fees will be charged. Please make all cancellations in writing. Should participants be unable to participate in the seminar, substitute participants may of course be nominated. A minimum of 4 participants is required for a seminar to be held. We reserve the right to cancel a seminar if registrations are below that limit. In this case, we will contact you immediately in order to advise you on alternative dates.

What is the training schedule like?
On the first day, the seminars start at 9.00 a.m., on the following days at 8.00 a.m. The seminars end at 5 p.m., on Fridays at 2 p.m. at the latest.

Where can I find information on hotel accommodation?
We will gladly book your hotel room; please inform us on your days of arrival and departure.

Where is the nearest train station / airport?
The nearest train station is located in Wuerzburg, from where you can reach us by taxi (distance ca. 35 km). The nearest airport is located in Frankfurt am Main, from where you can reach us by taxi or rental car (distance ca. 110 km).
