Quality management at the highest stage
The top quality standard of our products is the most important foundation for the long-term development of our company. ELAU develops and manufactures its products according to strictly structured processes. This ensures highest possible quality level of all soft- and hardware components of the automation system PacDrive™. The process management optimized in coordination with the Fraunhofer Institute provides for harmonized procedures in the production processes which results in short delivery times. Since each order is simulated from beginning to end with a software, ELAU is able to give exact delivery times and to keep them in 99 % of the cases – take us at our word!
The basis of the QM system was a comprehensive definition of corporate and quality goals. The prerequisite for setting up the QM system was the integration of all parts of ELAU GmbH, i.e. from distribution to development, from production to dispatch and customer service. Since 2000 our Quality System is certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001. This certification is confirmed each year by a surveillance audit.

General Information about our quality management system
- Our quality management system, which is fixed in writing, is based on DIN EN ISO9001 and has been certified.
- The management defined the quality standards, wrote them down and published them throughout the company.
- The organization of the company is clearly defined, all competences and responsibilities are clearly allocated.
- Quality management and the QM officer are independent of other units of the company and report directly to the management.
- The QM system and its implementation are checked in regular audits and evaluated by the management.
