Commissioning

Reduce the commissioning time of your machine!
You will learn how to map your machine reality to the automation system PacDrive. You will achieve the knowledge and the tools, which enable you to evaluate and / or adjust the machine and drive parameters. 
   
 
Target group:

• Mechanic / Electrical Engineers, which are responsible for machine commissioning 

 Hardware:

• Cx00, Max-4, MC-4 and Servo motors
• Practical exercises with a dual belt machine mechanic

 Previous knowledge:

• Service or Basic Machines training
• PC skills

 Duration: 2 Days

 Training Contents: 

• Mapping drives and mechanics to PacDrive system
• Add additional drives in a quick and efficient way
• Add additional hardware (e.g. profibus) in a quick and efficient way
• Calculate mechanic parameters (e.g.l J_Load) 
• Recognize the servo motor as a measuring device for the quality of drive sizing                   (Trace evaluation ) 
• Adapt the control loop parameters 
• Optimize the drives behaviour 
• Monitor the drives in detail during production startup (IEC Traces)
